2. Website hosting and technical data
The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Switzerland. As part of operating and securing the website, technical connection information may be processed by the hosting infrastructure, including IP address, requested resource, date/time and technical request information. Infomaniak states that web access and error logs are retained for at least 7 days. Infomaniak log information.

3. Contact form and Formspark
Our contact form is provided through Formspark, a form-backend service operated by Trampoline Software SRL, Belgium. Formspark acts as a processor on behalf of SERVUS, HELP! for the personal data submitted through the form.
When a contact request is submitted, the following information is processed: first name, family name, email address, optional phone number and the contents of the request. The information is used to respond to the enquiry, assess the requested service, prepare a quote where appropriate, and communicate about a possible booking or service relationship.
The legal basis is generally Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is connected with steps taken at the request of the data subject before entering into a service relationship; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR may apply for the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing prospective customer relationships.
Formspark stores and forwards submitted form data to the configured service email address. According to Formspark, submission content is retained until the form owner deletes it; deleted submissions remain recoverable for 30 days. Formspark also processes the submitter's IP address and an approximate location derived from the IP address, generally retained for 12 months, as well as request metadata such as browser user agent, referring page and origin. Formspark states that form data are stored in Ireland and Germany within the European Economic Area.

4. Retention
Enquiry data held by SERVUS, HELP! are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting customer relationship, subject to statutory retention obligations. Messages stored in the service email account remain subject to the account's normal retention and deletion practices. Formspark retains form submissions according to the retention described above until they are deleted by the form owner.
5. Cookies and third-party tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or embedded third-party marketing tools. No consent banner is currently required for such tools because none are used by the site.

Depending on the circumstances, you have rights under the GDPR to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
